Anscheinend ist es so gekommen wie befürchtet. Im Zuge einer Löschung sämtlicher Debug-Mode Patches, hat es aus versehen auch den legalen DSFIX erwischt.
Also, wir können beruhigt durchatmen, der DSFIX bleibt weiterhin legal. Aktuell wird alles geklärt um die Dropbox Sperre wieder aufzuheben.

Allem Anschein nach ist der DSFIX von Durante, dem deutschen Team um Bandai Namco, ein Dorn im Auge, zumindest muss man aktuell davon ausgehen.
Der „Usermade Patch“, der das Spiel auf dem PC erst wirklich spielbar macht, wurde von Bandai Namco als Copyright Verstoß geahndet und auf Dropbox gesperrt.
Der Programmierer Durante der verantwortlich für den Fix ist, versteht die Welt nicht mehr. Laut seiner Aussage kann es in seinem DSFIX keinerlei Verstöße geben da jede Codezeile darin von ihm stammt, nichts wurde vom Original Code verändert.
War dies nur ein versehen? Den Patch gibt es nun bald 3 Jahre, warum wird er also erst jetzt geflaggt ?
Dark Souls Spieler und Fans der PC Version wissen wie wichtig dieser Patch für den Spielgenuss dieses Top Titels ist, umso verheerender währe nun die Sperrung.
